Turma 84 Grupo 1 A

   I am Robinson Crusoe, and I was born in York, England, in the year 1632.My father was German,  and he was a merchant. My mother was english. I had 2 brothers, one died as a soldier, in France, and the other disappeared.  I came from a good family.

   I went to a very good school and my parents taught me a lot. My father always told me not to go to sea, but I disobeyed him and went to the sea. He always said to me: "People that go to sea are not like you". First I travelled to London, and then to Africa.

   When I went to Africa, my ship was caught by pirates, and I worked as a slave for 2 years. Then I escaped and went to Brazil, and became a sugar planter.But I don't wanted a life like that. After some time I went to Africa to buy slaves.

     The voyage was fine, but a storm hit us, our ship wrecked and we jumped into a small boat. There were huge waves.When I woke up in the next morning I saw that Iwas in a strange place and everybody was dead. After some time I saw the ship and I thought that if I staied in the ship I'd be safe.

   I swam to the ship and got on it. All of the food and the gunpowder were dry, then I decided to take it to the land. I made a raft, and moved it to the island, I used some wood to make a hut. I've made a fence around it, and I used a ladder to climb into it. Some months corn and rice growing near my hut.Then I spended lots o months making my hut bigger and better, and I made a cave with a door.

   Then, I decided to explore the island. I found tobacco, grapes,melons and limes growing on the other side of the island. I decided to make a country house.

   In the next few months, I thought about the dangers of staying in the island with chances of being catched by cannibals, and I decided to make a canoe by myself. I spent five months working hard to make this canoe, but I thought of  how I could get it into the water. I was very upset about this. On the middle of this work, started my fouth year on the island.

    For the next five yaers I lived in the same way, growing rice and corn and drying my raisins. But also spent a long time making a new canoe. I was smaller than the first so I get into the water. I spent a long time getting it ready for my voyage. When i started travelling, a strong storm pulled my little boat far away from the island, but luckily the sky was clear, and I successfully returned home.
  After that, I always went to see my canoe, to know if it was safe. One of these days I saw a footprint on the sand and hurried home quickly, feeling terrified. For three days I stayed in my hut, without sleeping. I was worried that the cannibals would return to kill me.
   Long time after that I started going to the other side of the island looking after the cannibals once a day to find the cannibals rescue someone else to help me to escape from de island. Then one morning I saw five canoes on the shore on my side of the island. I went to the top of my hill with my telescope, I could see more than thirty cannibals. One prisoner escaped from the cannibals, and when they will cath him. I shot down the other cannibal. He scaped and was so pleased to me that he putted my foot over his head and kissed it.
   After the night I called him Friday. He made signs to me to show that he will work for me on the rest of his life.I  teached Friday my language, english, and lot of things about cooking.
   On the rainy  season, on my hut, Friday cried and looked very scared because there were six canoes on the shore, so I got my guns and climbed up my hill, and saw  twenty-one cannibals and three prisoners, and they were very close to my hut, I wanted to kill them. I called Friday and pleased him to come with me to kill every cannibal, he has acepted. We went there and killed lots of cannibals. The other cannibals ran and jumped into their canoe. We saved a spanish man and Friday's father.
     Some days later, the spanish man and Friday's father went back to the mainland to look after other sixty spanish man. After eight days we saw an English ship coming to our island. I was very happy to see a English ship, but I tink  there were something strange happening. A little boat came to our island and threee of them tied up. So, at the night, we picked up our guns and talked with the prisoners. One of them was the capitan of the English ship and he had said to me that there were happened a mutiny on the ship. He showed me where the other man were and that two of four man were good.
     The english ship, was calling the other man back. So when they that were no answer, the ship came towards the island. We leaded them to an river, and knocked them down. Two of the men were good, and joined us. Then, the captain and the other men recaptured that ship, and given it to me.
    Then, finally, on the19 of  December 1686, I left the island.
